THE MIRT is covered by a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.
(Please see the “10 Year Warranty” section of this site for details). In
the event that a unit must be returned or exchanged due to defect the
following Return & Exchange policy applies:
The MIRT may be sent to FAC of America for return or exchange,
in accordance will all requirements stated in the product’s written
warranty. Per the warranty information acceptance of the Return or
Exchange is at the exclusive option and discretion of the manufacturer,
FAC of America. In addition, a Return or Exchange must be initiated by the
end-user customer of the product. No Return or Exchange will be granted
when initiated or requested by a Dealer or Retailer for FAC of America.
