We have been able to drastically reduce the size of the iso by using the new format ESD from Microsoft.

To be able to use this new format the first part of the Windows Setup must be using install.wim from Windows 8 or later.
Because of this it may look like the Windows 8 setup at first, but rest assured, it is Windows Server 2008R2.
