TIGER KICKOFF CLASSIC WRESTLING INVITATIONAL Attended by the following schools Bednarcik - Oswego, Geneva North - Geneva, Hains - St Charles, Indian Trail - Plainfield, Jewel - West Aurora, Plank - Oswego, Thompson - Oswego, Thompson - St. Charles, Traughber - Oswego, Washington - West Aurora TOP 3 Finishing order #1 Washington - West Aurora, #2 Jewel - West Aurora, #3 Thompson - Oswego Jacob took 4th Place
MUNOS TOURNAMENT Attended by the following West Aurora Middle Schools... Jefferson, Jewel, Herget, and Washington. Washington beat all three schools.
Jacob's Wrestling season came to an abrupt end when he suffered an injury to his left elbow. It was broken Growth Plate and a strained Fore Arm Muscle during the match against Geneva South. He see's an orthopedic specialist on Monday the 14th of December.
During the CITY OF LIGHTS TOURNAMENT - Washington took 4th place. WALDO took 1st, FISHER took 2nd, Jewel took 3rd.
Jacob now is in an arm cast. He will have it on for 3 weeks. After that he will be in a sling for 2 weeks.
Jacob will be working hard when he is out of the arm hardware to get back in shape for the BLACKHAWK WRESTLING CLUB which starts their season during FEBRUARY. The BLACKHAWK WRESTLING CLUB is an off season extension of the WEST AURORA HIGH SCHOOL BLACKHAWK WRESTLING TEAM.
